How to Recharge/Subscribe to GOTV with First Bank App
To recharge or subscribe your GOtv plan, follow these simple steps:
- Open the First Bank Mobile app.
- Enter your ‘MPin.’
- Tap on the Menu icon at the top left hand corner and tap on “Pay bills.”
- Tap on “Cable TV bills.”
- Tap on “GOtv Subscription.”
- Tap on the “GOtv Package” you want to pay for.
- Enter your GOtv smart card number in the “Ref Number” space.
- Enter your phone number (optional).
- Tap “Continue.”
- Thereafter, enter your First Mobile pin to confirm the payment.
