  1. Begin by inserting your card into the ATM and inputting your PIN.
  2. Select your account type (if the option exists).
  3. Choose the “Quickteller” option from the pop-up menu.
  4. Select the “Pay Bills” option and then select “others” under that.
  5. You will be presented with a bill payment menu.
  6. Input 322222 on the biller code field.
  7. Input your cellphone number in the customer reference number field.
  8. Click on “Proceed.”
  9. The ATM machine will ask you to confirm whether you intend to make the payment.
  10. The amount charged from your card will be ₦1.
  11. Click on the “pay amount due” option, making sure not to alter the figure.
  12. You will be presented with a confirmation message letting you know that your registration has been successful.
  13. You will then receive a One-time PIN, which you are required to type into the box provided on the ATM.
  14. Keep in mind that a One-time PIN will typically remain active for five minutes, after which it will be expired and unusable.

  3. Fill out the One-time PIN registration form, making sure to cross-check the information before submitting it.

  5. You should receive an email about Quickteller with additional details on how to proceed.

What if I do not receive the OTP?

You can request for another OTP by pressing the “Resend OTP” button. Please note that the resend button will only appear once for one OTP resend after 20 seconds waiting period.

Once a new OTP is generated, the previous OTP becomes invalid. The OTP time out will be 10 minutes.
